After trying hosted “SoftSwitch” solutions for nearly a year with nothing but trouble, we switched our phone system to a self-managed, Asterisk-based solution with our connectivity provided by Junction Networks. Junction Networks’ staff have been and continue to be wonderfully supportive in getting us the large block of 100 DIDs we needed, helping us through some “newbie” issues and helping us troubleshoot issues that were not their responsibility but still impacted our call quality. Of course, it doesn't hurt that Junction Networks is coming in at a quarter of the monthly cost of our previous solutions.
I find the “small company" feel of customer service coupled with their “giant company” might to be among Junction Networks’ most valuable qualities.

We needed to consolidate an existing PRI setup into a single phone number and handle more than 4 calls at a time. Junction Networks was the only company we could find that provided IAX termination with no limits on the number of concurrent calls. We are now saving about 82% each month on our business phone bills. Better yet, when we had issues with our bandwidth in the office, their support staff very quickly and easily helped us identify the problem.
